BIO:

DPR/GROOVECHRONICLES is the brainchild of DJ/PRODUCER NOODLES formulated in 1997. The idea for the label which stands for Dat Pressure Records was “cutting edge hybrid beats”which was Noodles driving force for “being a bit different”.

Years later this label is still recongized as being the foundation of some of todays genre, 2step/dubstep and grime and has been mentioned as being influential to many new producers of these styles..

Who Influenced You ?
i’ve worked in london leading record stores for a number of years and sold loads of beatz, so it’s hard to say but it’ll say my fav’s was distance music,guidance, peace frog, early strictly rhythm, grass roots…

What do you like most about producing/Djing music ?
creating music and seeing it right thru to selling stage, the djing side is teaching music heads showing all sides of music genre whilst taking them on a musical journey

Where do you think producing and electronica , house music will be in the Future ?

If you could record with any artists living or dead who would it be ?
going back to basics

what style? if it’s house then it was cheryl lee on smack and it’s dubstep then burial.

first legal event in paris at a castle, that was interesting.

djing technic’s and pionner mixer, i’m an oldskool dj.

takes me away from the daily grind, plus it’s given me freedom….
