Some background on Raw Man & Blanch
About Raw Man & Blanche
Raw Man, French musician since the age of 13, then composer and producer, has always drawn two musical ways : rock and electro music.
From 1998, his first house records are released on respective labels of Daft Punk: Roulé (Scratché) and Crydamoure.
With Play Paul, Raw Man forms in these days The Buffalo Bunch (“Buffalo Club”), then he’ll use others names depending on his projects as We in Music or For the Floorz, before he founds in 2000 his own label We Rock Music to focus on his electro and house projects.
In 2004, he founds the rock band Amen Birdmen with Cyril Bodin. Their music is a mix of 90’s rock and electro.
Summer 2008, Kitsuné released his electro track “Wargame”.
Since then, Raw Man currently works on 3 different projects

Blanche is a French journalist and TV reports and documentaries director.
In 2008, she writes and makes the documentary « Le Web et la Postérité, la révolution numérique dans la musique », about the disc industry crisis and the explosion of music on the web.

What do you like most about djing and or producing ?
Get people crazy on a dancefloor.
when producing, we’re thinking of how to get people crazy on a dancefloor…
Your Thoughts on vinyl vs mixing software.
I love Vynils but mixing software opened a new way, we can quite do mixes sessions that look like live remixes.

I have spun in lots of places during the french touch period then stopped when the cd desks arrived to concentrate on my rock band “Amen Birdmen”.
Raw Man & Blanche is a new project, we played for the first time at “Social Club” in Paris in front of crazy kids.
We’re now ready to travel around the world again…
