What do you like most about djing and or producing?
For me, it’s just fun. I love being up there, playing my favorite songs, dancing while everyone else is dancing. It’s a good time, plain and simple.
Your Thoughts on vinyl vs mixing software ?
Vinyl will always be vinyl. It sounds different, it feels different…it’s vinyl! BUT, if you can’t move forward with technology then you’re going to be left way behind. Plus, it’s a lot easier and much more cost-efficient to carry around a laptop and some MP3s versus two or three crates of vinyl.

The Palm Springs area, LA, Orange County, San Diego.

MNML at Avalon in Costa Mesa. And some of our desert parties hold a close second.
Worst party?
The Airliner in Los Angeles.
What gear do u prefer to mix on?
TECHNICS! If I have to use CDJs or another brand of tables, I will. But Technics are my favorite, by far.
What gear did you start on?
Stanton turntables, a Numark mixer, and a crate full of vinyl.
If you could change one thing about the music industry what would it be?
I would change the idea that it’s not what you know, it’s who you know…it should be the other way around, no matter what.
If you could change one thing about the world you live in what would that be?
Man…sooo many things. But I guess the one thing that kills me is animal cruelty! April is Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month, by the way…Haha
