BIOGRAPHY
Manuel Carranco started djíng when he was only 16 years old in Madrid, where he is from. In the late 80..s, he was promoted a change in music tendences towards acid-house in gay clubs such as: “Cruising”, “Metal”,”Ales”, “Zar”, etc, in which he was resident for several years. In the 90..s he changed his style playing techno and trance always giving to his music and sessions some progressive connotations. He worked in Madrid as a dj resident in clubs like: “Baile El Baile”, “Ozono”, “Stop”, “Aire”, “Heaven”, “Space of Sound”, “Radical”, “Factoria”, etc..
In the early 90..s, he travelled quite often to USA and became a regular assistant in several sessions in the mythical club “The Meat Rack” in L.A. (California), and also during..93 to ..96 he played eventually at “The Zone DK” in New York city.
His career reached a new level when in 1997 he moves to London where he fits himself right into the club scene getting a residency at “0″Club!!, and also in clubs such as “H20″, “The Artful Dodger” and the famous “Fist”..

Giorgio Moroder, Patrick Cowley, Bobby Orlando, Italo Disco, Tony De Vit, Hardfloor, Resistance D and many others
What do you like most about djing and or producing ?
I like the most watching people enjoying and dancing my remixes and productions.
Your Thoughts on vinyl vs mixing software.
Definitely I prefer mix up cds, mp3 or software, time goes by, things changed and the digital format prevails over vinyl. Therefore it is senseless to side with vinyl.

Lenco and Technics Turntables, and Denon Double CD
If you could change one thing about the music industry what would it be ?
I will focus on blending more the styles of dance music, tying to keep balance between the experimental and the commercial one.
If you could change one thing about the world you live in what would that be ?
Many things, in fact, and although it could look utopian and hedonistic, I would change all the problems and worries for fun and happiness.

Manuel, I live in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) I love music style of house (progressive, deep tribal, techno, finally all dancing) because I’m putting this comment on your my space went, and heard his songs, I liked and then I stop here. excuse me where it went and I was not a big hug .. Wayner
